Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy towards products purchased on our site, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you will need to contact us at support@wristcam.com. If your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In order for you to receive a full refund less our processing and shipping fee, you will need to return all of the items and original packaging as noted below:

  1. Wristcam Core (Serial Number must match the purchased product)
  2. Small Band
  3. Large Band
  4. Charging Cable
  5. Power Adapter
  6. Collector Tin with the original packaging 
  7. Outer Wristcam Box Sleeve (Serial Number must match the purchased product)
  8. Guide
  9. Faux Apple Watch Insert (Plastic)

The returned items must be clean and in new/like new, good condition.

Please ensure that your unit and all items are packaged in a manner that will prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a sturdy box and appropriate packing materials that will properly fit the items being returned. 

Please ensure to get a receipt of your product return drop off transaction at the courier as that is your only proof of the transaction in case of any issues. 

Note:  Returns and Exchanges are subject to a $25 return shipping and processing fee (for US and Canada consumers) and for Canadian consumers they are responsible for any custom fees.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or let you know of any questions or missing items. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
